This morning: 12 sets of Back exercises, 9 sets of Bicep exercises, 9 sets of Ab exercises. NO CARDIO. 😊

Same as above for today, just switch Back/Bi's for Chest/Tri's.

What??!!! No one works out on weekend mornings?? LOL, j/k. For me, it seems to be a really good time to hit the gym, as it's quite empty.

Not during golf season. Two more week until the last big tourney then i can ramp Up the lifting. Been sticking to peloton and hip…and shoulder …rehab

Dropped 20 since april. Down to 197. played safety at 193-195

I tried playing LB at 215 and got my rear ended handed to me far too much by you goons…

Eh, I was a left tackle so I hardly made it to the second level Usually had my hands full with the DE or downblocking to the DT.

Though, when the RB broke one I'd be on the lookout to see who in the LB corps or secondary had their heads turned.

Mike Vicks cousin that played tackle at virginia tech literally picked me up and threw me…

I played D-3 football, at 5'10 and 190. And got crushed on a weekly basis, game by game. Didn't make it past my 3rd year. Tapped out of football, and just went straight to the weight room. Curls for the Girls, LOL, Baywatch Beach Body was my goal. It kinda still is my goal, actually. Even at 54 years old. 😆

It's quite a burden, being suck a hott guy. Good hair, in shape, my shoulders are wider than my waist, etc.. Especially at my age, it's a tough life. But I meet the challenges on a daily basis.

I literally have to fight off Grandma's at the gym/grocery stores/AA Meetings, Barnes & Noble, Wawa, horney old ladies are everywhere!!!
