December 22, 2025Dec 22 LMAO ^^^^^ Mike & TJ.I'm struggling to keep weight on. In the past 2 years I've gone from 205 lbs, down to 165, back up to 180, now back to 170. I do NO cardio. Just lift weights 5-6 times a week. I barely eat too. Thyroid issues. Yay for getting older. 🙃🙃

December 23, 2025Dec 23 In all seriousness, I've been an animal this year working out, and it is very difficult with 4-year-old and 2-year-old girls. The TRT that I've been doing since February has honestly changed my life for the better. I finally took the plunge and have been going Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5:30 am before driving into work. Luckily, I work from home Fridays, so I can go whenever during the day, and I go every Saturday morning at around 7:30 or 8am. The key to the consistency has honestly been condensing my workouts from 5 days/wk to 4 days/wk. There's room for skipping if you get tanked at a work event the night before or if you're out of town for the weekend, you can usually make up for it. Tuesdays - Back and biceps Thursday - Shoulders and TricepsFridays - Legs (the worst)Saturdays - Chest **Calves 2-3 times/wk, Shrugs 2-3 times/wk, Abs 2-3 times/wk, Incline walk - 2x/wk, banging all of your moms - 4x/wk
