At least 3 seconds then he started to run around...but he was confused and brought down about 3 seconds later.   So yes, he had a total of 6 seconds when he could have at least thrown the ball away.

There he goes again almost stepping up into a sack.

Wentz is on time delay. He is 3 to 5 seconds behind every normal person on the field. I still wonder if he suffered permanent damage from last years concussion. Nobody in the league takes that long to see a play and make that play.
