Honestly, Doug should be fired for this game ALONE. I have seen horrible coaching in my years but this was by far the worst. As much as I hated AR, he at least brought his A game when it came to playing the cowgirls. Ken Wisenhunt could have coached this better and in my opinion, he was the worst ever HC the league has ever seen.

We still don't know after three starts if Hurts is the answer but there should be competition in camp. And the fumbles are a concern. I still do not want Wentz to start so maybe they should bring in a veteran.

That CB that got burned looks even worse than Mills.....gym shorts needs to go!! and this goes without saying.....no db will look good in this crap scheme....its an affront to all defenses in the league....

You wentz apologists got what you wanted. A bad game by a rookie....its what you wanted, right? Even though this is our most hated rivals.....RIGHT?!

Crazy that Howie has selected two quarterbacks in Carson and Jalen that have real fumbling issues. Fire Doug all you want. Trade Wentz and Hurts if you have to, but nothing will change as long as Howie’s picking the players.

Now, we’ll probably win next week and go from the 6th pick in the draft to the 9th or 10th pick. Then all off season we can hear how they were 1 game away from winning the division and making the playoffs.

Please lose next week

I know Doug gets most of the brunt of the ripping around here as well as Schwartz. These guys are being given some of the worst players in football by their GM though. Seriously what can you do when Pryor is the only option left at RT? What can you do with a secondary full of grocery baggers who can’t even play a simple Zone right? It’s a systemic failure starting at Howie Roseman.

You can start by running the ball more with your back that avgs damn near 5 a pop. F Pederson as a play caller. He is way too suspect. Hard for me to believe that he doesn't play a major role in Wentz's regression.

It’s obvious when you see that the Cowboys third receiver is better than all the Eagles receivers combined they have a lot of talent issues, but that doesn’t mean Hurts doesn’t deserved to be criticized for his play today. His ball security was really today.

Oh I know, I'm more pointing to the fact that Hurts is now having the same issues that Wentz had this season. Yes the QB deserves some criticism especially with the fumbling. Everything else though? All looked like the same sheet Wentz was struggling with.

It doesn’t help when you run the ball for 10 yards get a first down only for Pryor to take a stupid holding call only to be followed up by two bad false starts. Kind of out of running options at that point.

Hopefully them picking up Dorsey is a sign of good things to come.

I totally and completely agree with you on that. He has to be THE worst GM in all of football....can you name another era where our whole team looked this bad?

Agreed, as I've said a few times today Hurts seems to be having the same problems and is regressing against worse defenses like Wentz was. No reason a rookie is throwing over 40 times a game with this BS offensive line

Yeah... that series of events happened what once? They started off the game like gang busters on the ground and were Embiid dominant. Then they decide to get cute and go away from what worked so well.

Eagles are going to draft Kwity Paye and pass on all of the elite talent sitting on the board.

Closer to 50 times but I agree 🙂

Wait...is Dorsey oficially on staff payroll?

I thought he was just brought on a consultant-trial basis.

That's Doug being Doug which is why he has to go

I don’t know who Hurts was throwing to on his picks, but he fumbled like three times today. That’s an issue with the player period. He can’t keep fumbling like that.

I’m not sure why Doug didn’t throw deep more often. The Cowboys corners are just as bad as ours, maybe worse because they don’t have a Darius Slay over there. They were 2-2 going deep with the DJax TD and the Jeffery PI. Doug just doesn’t know how to expose another team’s weaknesses.

You don't know the eagles history to well do you? Lol. This is no where close to the worse era in their history. It's bad and it sucks but they also won a super bowl in this era lol.

I'm not necessarily saying you're wrong to criticize Howie for decisions, but this particular idea is a bit of a reach. The average starting QB usually has double digit fumbles over a season. Somewhere around 10 is pretty normal. We obviously are higher than normal, but the amount of hits our QBs have taken this year, either as a passer or a runner are extremely high and that has contributed. If we can keep the QB cleaner, those numbers come down. They don't go away or anything, but they come down. I wouldn't pin this on the GM.

Someone will hire Dorsey. There’s a lot of openings and he’s a proven talent evaluator.

Another reason why someone else needs to call the plays

It's a sign that Howie has someone to bear the brunt of the blame. He's a human Howie shield.

Never this bad. 13 different offensive lines is just insane. The thing is Howie’s been so bad at the cap and drafting he can’t bring in real help when a player goes down. We are stuck with PS jabroni types.

That's my hope that this was to lock him in and that bigger announcements post the season are to come.

He is for sure if Doug doesn't.

Really?  A bribe?  Who says that ish anymore?  If he held on to the ball to begin with, there is no bad call.  He has way too many fumbles in just a short amount of time.  He also had some bad throws that the defense dropped against the Saints and Cardinals.

Agreed with the fumble part, Hurts is very Carson Wentz like when it comes to fumbles..
