If you care about Dallas' draft position not improving then you should root against the Panthers and Broncos. If either of those two teams win then the Cowboys will move up. Otherwise they will be at 10. This also applies to the Giants too. If Carolina and Denver lose they will stay at 11, assuming the Eagles lose tonight (hint: they probably will).
