Schwartz has already left.

I’ve not had a chance to look at the candidates yet, but I do know I definitely don’t want Matt Patricia.

Out of those 2, I think I'm leaning towards Quinn because of his strength with DB's but I'd be fine with either of them, tbh.

He’s out of contract and he’s said he’s not coming back, so basically yes.

Doug Marrone’s background is on offense. 
 

I know that may not matter to this franchise, but put me down as a no for him.

Also this. He's got all of the arrogance of Bill Belichick with none of the credentials. He'd be really obnoxious. Plus, did he ever pull the Lions defense up from the bottom half of the league during his tenure? 

Anyone besides Patricia who doesn't use the same scheme as Schwartz

I honestly never realized that.  Shows how much I follow the Jaguars.  I always assumed he was a defensive guru since Jaguars defense has usually been good and their offense not so good.  I'll go back and edit.  

I wouldn't want Patricia and I'm not sure on Quinn. I'd really like them to take a chance in DeMeco... But failing that I like the idea of Gustav Bradley.

I would like Quinn but knowing Howie's failure at drafting defensive players or good football players in general if I was a DC looking for a job I dont think the Eagles would be my first choice.

I think Matt Burke has the inside track to land the job.

I like Bradley.  The Chargers' defense have been top 10 the past 3 years under his watch.
