Wallyhorse Posted October 5, 2021 Share Posted October 5, 2021 Actually, what I now think they should do is take the name of the two former baseball franchises in Washington: The Senators (the original Senators have been the Minnesota Twins since 1961, the second Senators have been the Texas Rangers since 1972). The could put The Capitol on the helmets and keep the current team colors. I was really only looking at the team name when I said The Federals. They could keep the current team colors and as is the case with the Senators put the Capitol on their helmets.
