Are you blind? The Eagles, who both had more heart and more success for years versus the team that always boasts about their talented thugs that never are a team?

Even this season we always fought. We just sucked. They are pompous idiots that landed flat and played with no heart whatsoever.

Eagles record the last three seasons: 22-25 Cowboys record the last three seasons: 24-24. Do yourself a favor and stop taking drugs.

Since we referred to coach Doug as "bbDoug” , I want the next one to be referred as "hugeballz <insert first name of next coach>
of course w/a bit of emotional intelligence

I want the players to both, want to play hard for the next HC because he motivates the F out of them (because he connects well with them) but also because he carries a certain demeanor where they are afraid to screw up knowing they will be held accountable.

Ok, you really are blind.

Other than Doug, have the Eagles ever used that tendency before with coaching choices?   I think Doug being 4th or 5th deep on their list caused that.  I can't imagine that they repeat that.

I can’t imagine anyone wanting to be Howie’s lackey either.

Yeah I’m blind cause your  reasoning is stupid.

They say they want a leader. Guess what? Leaders don't allow GM's and interfering owners to run the coaches side of things. They demand a certain amount of autonomy. Lurie and Howie do NOT want a leader, they want a follower/yes man. Why they lie about something that is so obvious to most of us is beyond comprehension.

Feels like an owner trying to justifying the failing of hiring 25 coaches without the Head coaches say.

Sounds like Lurie wants his HC to be a babysitter of coaches.☹️

I am speechless that anyone actually watching the games could say we are as bad as the Cowboys as a team. That is just disgusting.

We are actually worse as we are losing more games than them. They actually have better players than the Eagles. Maybe if you stopped smelling the Howie Roseman bath salts you would see it too.

Like Doug as a person. The 2017 run was magical, and I couldn't have imagined a more satisfying run to this team's first SB. Big Balls Doug is a legend.

But it is absolutely time. The coddling veteran players, not holding coaches accountable, and yes the injuries. 4 straight years of devastating injuries is not bad luck.

IF Doug is willing to die on the Press Taylor hill than he is a lot dumber than I thought he was.

Could be a lot smarter than you realize if he wants out of a bad situation.  You do realize Lurie needs to make good on Dougie's contract if he doesn't take another job elsewhere

Give me a break. While I will always thank Doug for 2017, that was lighting in a bottle. As we have all seen since Reich and Defillpo left, Doug has shown himself to be nothing but a stunod. Expect another yes man as coach which is the reason they hired Doug in the first place.

Things are pretty bad when a "yes man" doesn't want to say yes to Howie anymore. That's a red flag right there.

Lincoln Riley is about the only person I feel would take the job. Just to progress into the NFL.

Or maybe the "yes man" didn't want to put his reputation on the line coaching a rebuilding team.

Doug, a lifetime of thanks for bringing a SB to Philly. All the best at your next stop.

Is this Rosemary himself.

So players like JJAW were drafted for instant impact rather than with the long term picture in mind?

Before you typed that out did you ever consider, where this team would be without those 14 receptions and 254 yards over the last two years. Who could possibly have replaced that "instant impact” production....

A little disappointed Doug is gone, he got scapegoated for a lot of Howie's shi*.. I never thought I would say this, we are turning into Washington Redskins time period with Danny Boi running the show...

Should have given Doug one more opportunity, get rid of Carson, get some compensation, free Cap, draft Chase and roll with Jalen Hurts. .

I gotta take a break. My disappointment cup runneth over.

If Pederson was willing to bring in a legit OC and DC and not Press Taylor and Matt Burke, he should have been given another year with Howie being let go.

Instead Pederson is gone and Howie will help find the new HC. Not the best situation.

Never thought I'd say this, but I kinda wish we were the Cleveland Browns.

There was just one WEAKEST LINK on the team and that is the NFL DRAFT.

If the draft regime remains intact I will become a Chiefs fan.

You could at least jump on something less than THE biggest possible bandwagon. Us hipster bandwagon jumpers are on the Bills or Browns express.

I think maybe the point was the Cowboys have much much more talent than us. And instead of having success they have been just as bad as us. So making that argument you COULD say we have played harder to get the same result with less talent. Don't know if I agree or not but I think that's the line of reasoning.

I thought I would die with no SB for real. Thanks Doug
