Problem is that he’s had 4 years and the results aren’t there. I’m also a little curious if a majority of Americans actually care where products are made at this point? Outside of the rust belt of course. People mainly seem to care more about getting the cheapest possible product.

Bad news You should try reading the executive order,( actually memorandum) the Money for the extra 400 runs out in 4 weeks, give or take a week, also there is no payroll tax cut, it is a deferment. "The memorandum Trump signed on Saturday says that states must agree to enter into a financial agreement with the federal government requiring states to pick up 25% of the benefit in order for unemployed people to receive the aid. If a state says it doesn't have the funds or doesn't want to enter into the agreement, they wouldn't receive any in extra benefits, leaving only their normal state unemployment insurance."
