Insanity defense. Interesting, but probably his best angle.

The defense may argue that his most trusted advisers were telling him he had won Georgia and Trump believed it.  Or something along those lines.

That and the crowd sizes.  I’m sure that will play well in court.

Wait, an investigator's folder? So someone who was investigating the call tossed the whole recording?

Edit: it was a state investigator who was charged with verifying the Georgia election results. She was being pressured by Trump to find votes for him before Jan 6.

Not exactly. It sounds like it was a Georgia official investigating the state's election was pressured by Trump to supply evidence favoring his claims of fraud, but that guy deleted the recording of the exchange. He wasn't investigating that call, but he was investigating the election, which led to the call from Trump pressuring him to fabricate evidence. Deep state strikes again!

Trump's CFO's ex-daughter-in-law is cooperating with prosecutors and 'refuses to be silenced,' her lawyer says

  • Jennifer Weisselberg is cooperating with an investigation into Trump's finances, her lawyer says.

  • She's the ex-daughter-in-law of Allen Weisselberg, the Trump Org CFO the DA wants to "flip."

  • "Jennifer refuses to be silenced any longer," her lawyer told Insider in a statement.

  • An attorney representing the former daughter-in-law of the Trump Organization CFO Allen Weisselberg says she's cooperating with prosecutors conducting an inquiry into Donald Trump's finances and "refuses to be silenced."

"Jennifer Weisselberg is committed to speaking the truth, no matter how difficult that may be," her attorney, Duncan Levin, told Insider in a statement. "She will continue to cooperate fully with the various law enforcement agencies that are investigating her ex-husband's family and the very powerful interests they represent."

"Jennifer refuses to be silenced any longer by those who are conspiring to prevent her from sharing what she has learned over the past 25 years," Levin added.

I heard it reported that social media disinformation has reduced significantly since he was banned from it.

Apparently Trump supporters are not responding kindly to his endorsement of vaccination. They're claiming he's been "compromised by the Deep State."

Like a Boss | Donald Trump | Know Your Meme

The one that is the most amazing to me out of the whole list is that he had 6 defense secretaries in only one term.

it's truly a testament to his judge of character to be able to find the top six greatest SOD's ever.

I wanted to look it up to see how long each one lasted. One was in less than Scaramucci  They seem to go faster the further into is presdiency, and the crazier he got

At one point I read someone describe his stance as "like a centaur without hind legs" and it made me laugh. Weirdly accurate.
