May 5, 20214 yr I'm back up to about 155lbs after a long bout with persistent reflux had me down to 140lbs. I looked and felt sickly, but thankfully I'm mostly back to eating normally. Getting old sucks, apparently.

I'm only around 145 after losing about 10 lbs in quarantine. I am right at 185@5'9. I put on 5 pounds last year but lost it since the beginning of this year. I am in pretty good shape but 185 is starting to feel too bulky as I age (44). Think I'm gonna drop down to 175 over the next few months.

I stopped trying to lift heavy weights so often recently and moved towards combining lighter weights and cardio. I have pretty bad osteoarthritis in my back, hips, and knees.

I was regularly running about 7/8 miles a day for about 5 years, then just sort of fell out of it. I kinda hate running, but I'm good at it and it was just the best way for me to lose weight. I need to get back into a routine, but I think I want to get back into cycling/mountain biking. Something low-impact that won't kill my knees over time.
May 5, 20214 yr The Facebook Oversight Board is going announce whether it’s going to unban Trump or not this morning

There are groups with dedicated calendar workouts so you just take their recommended several strength workouts followed by whatever bike ride you want for the day and it give you great results. Moreso than my results, my wife is also getting toned too....
