I will admit I am somewhat nuts about nutrition and training. Just the way I am wired. I will either be 130 or 200 because I completely let myself go. I just don’t have any middle gears.

Kushner is 6' 3". My point stands.

I'm back up to about 155lbs after a long bout with persistent reflux had me down to 140lbs. I looked and felt sickly, but thankfully I'm mostly back to eating normally. Getting old sucks, apparently.

I’m 5’9 and about 170 lbs.

Wait until you see my 15-second 40 yard dash though

Not necessarily, but Kushner doesn't carry it well, lol. Pretty sure he's taller than you. I'm only around 145 after losing about 10 lbs in quarantine.

I am right at 185@5'9. I put on 5 pounds last year but lost it since the beginning of this year. I am in pretty good shape but 185 is starting to feel too bulky as I age (44). Think I'm gonna drop down to 175 over the next few months.

That makes sense. People tend to lose muscle mass and gain fat as they age.

It's more my joints and such than a big shift in body composition. I stopped trying to lift heavy weights so often recently and moved towards combining lighter weights and cardio. I have pretty bad osteoarthritis in my back, hips, and knees.

I was regularly running about 7/8 miles a day for about 5 years, then just sort of fell out of it. I kinda hate running, but I'm good at it and it was just the best way for me to lose weight. I need to get back into a routine, but I think I want to get back into cycling/mountain biking. Something low-impact that won't kill my knees over time.

The Facebook Oversight Board is going announce whether it’s going to unban Trump  or not this morning

Got to just keep that Peloton around.

I just got a concept2 rower.  Great workout and no impact on joints

I'm 6 feet, 200lbs.  Here's a picture of me with everyone in this thread.

The Carters and the Bidens are a good pair. Policies aside, they are some of the most genuinely decent people to ever occupy the White House.

Running is F'ing boring. I need to join some sort of sports league to keep my cardio up.

Following that headline, I fully expected to see the karate kid (bobby?) gif as he cheers on Johnny. I am disappoint.

Peloton is f-ing amazing.  There are groups with dedicated calendar workouts so you just take their recommended several strength workouts followed by whatever bike ride you want for the day and it give you great results.

Moreso than my results, my wife is also getting toned too.... :flex:
