He'll appeal and then hope the Returds take back the House and can drop the request.

This one is interesting though as the best chance for the GOP to take back the House is for Trump to NOT announce for '24 until after the midterms while Trump's best chance at avoiding further DOJ action is to declare candidacy as soon as possible.  A thriller...  I say he formally announces '24 within the next several weeks making the midterms all about Trump.  I think the FBI raid sealed that deal.

Have to hand it to him for following his lawyer's advice. This way he won't be charged with perjury, but he sure looks guilty doing it.

Every debate question Joe gets, the answer should always be the same, Trump hid behind the 5th Amendment. He inflated his income to get bank loans and deflated his income when paying taxes.
