Trump didn't testify before the Special Grand Jury so he can't be charged. Here's the Georgia Law. The penalty for a person convicted of perjury will be punished by a fine up to $1,000, or by a prison term between one and ten years, or both. A person convicted of perjury will be charged with a felony.
