You also have to wonder if this is all we ever get of convicted Trump. If this is the only thing that ever lands then yeah it is worth it. I'd say it's like 85% he gets charged in GA and 90% on the Mar-A-Lago docs. Charging him for Jan 6th will be more difficult.

Convicted in Georgia or through federal court, I dunno. It's like my dad told me after OJ Simpson trial, "he would have been hung in Texas". New York has got it personal with Trump, he's their Frankenstein monster. We are seeing that at play right now.

Personally I think Trump plans on getting a contempt of court charge, because then he can muddy the waters further about how politically motivated this is. As long as he can play the victim card he can grift off his sycophants.
April 5, 20232 yr Quote THIS MUST MAKE ME THE MOST HONEST AND HONORABLE MAN ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD. This is Trump. Get accused of 34 crimes, and it makes him the most honest and honorable man in the world. He really is a nut job. So many here eagerly lick up his salty gravy. Despite stuff like this, that only a twigged, lonely, teen-aged loser would say.

Paper cuts just embold him and feed his grifting. I can’t see this generating jail time. Let’s move on to Georgia as quickly as possible.

I can't imagine his lawyers are dumb enough to put him on the stand, but he'll keep bashing Bragg and the judge to the point where a gag order is issued, and Trump will violate it in about 38 seconds. Wouldn't posting the private info of the judge's kid be contempt?
