June 18, 20205 yr This sums it up. The Court is saying the administration failed to provide any rationale for why it did what it did. I went through this in a case with the City of Oakland. Governments have a ridiculously low standard to meet in order to justify administrative/procedural actions, and somehow they still managed to eff it up. June 18, 20205 yr Let's see if he actually tries to arrest Bolton or one of the publishers. There eventually does come a tipping point. I think the line is approaching. Will he fight openly or just wilt and melt like the wicked witch of the west? November is still out there but the chaos is slowly changing that timeline and it doesn't seem to be slowing down. Something has to give soon.
