He's at the rally in OK where the attendees all had to sign disclaimers so they can't sue the government if they get covid?  There's just so much wrong with that I could spit.

Pretty sure he’s the type to wilt. It’s basically what he’s done throughout his life when facing tough times.

That’s my bet as well. He will wilt. The wicked witch of the west melted and Trump will hide in his room, eat hamberdrs, watch ONAN/Fox, and tweet away.  If he’s lucky he can grab some Mel poosie once a week while he’s at it.

I think that ship sailed away when she renegotiated her prenup.

On one hand I can totally see this being true. Trump is historically stupid and uninformed.

On the other hand he's lies about everything and thinks his MAGA followers are stupid and will believe anything.

The fact that MAGA has to hear Trump say these things and try to justify it internally makes me sleep so well at night.

He probably has it entered as a legal term in the contract

I'm sure he used to but she had him over the barrel when she refused to move the White House.  Probably negotiated it down to one handy a month.

I mean...wow

EDIT: From the article...

Quote

Mr. Trump said he polled many people around him, none of whom had heard of Juneteenth. Mr. Trump paused the interview to ask an aide if she had heard of Juneteenth, and she pointed out that the White House had issued a statement last year commemorating the day. Mr. Trump’s White House has put out statements on Juneteenth during each of his first three years.

I seriously got a muscle spasm in my neck from laughing at this. The whole time, I'm thinking the punchline is leading to him having such a homogenous staff that of course, no one knows of Juneteenth. But I did not see, "Your White House has commemorated it for three years in a row" coming at all. I know comedy writers who couldn't execute this so perfectly.

It's just more of the same. Most of us with working brains have known what he is long before he was elected. I remember during the election and the early part of his presidency I kept asking Trump supporters "Is there anything he could do, any line he could cross that would make you stop supporting him?" the answer has always been a resounding, unanimous, unequivocal "no".

In 2016 there was at least some rationale. Conservative SCOTUS, hate Hillary, someone outside the establishment, jobs.

How anyone can still support him after all this is beyond me.

Trump says he thinks some Americans are wearing masks to show they disapprove of him and not as a preventive measure during the pandemic

Such a clown. Who could have ever imagined that wearing a mask during a worldwide pandemic could be seen as a political statement by the president of the United States?

This is going over well.

Really sad that he bunches "protester" in with anarchists, agitators, looters and lowlifes. The man knows nothing about the US Constitution.

He really doesn't care to know. All he wants to know is are you for or against him.  Guess which side is good and which side is evil.
