He testified that the document wasn't right and that thats not how it's done. That the numbers don't take into account vaccancies and vendors in the bldg. The assistant to the comptroller testified that Weisselberg told her that Trump wanted the total number of vaccancies to be reduced to like 2% when it was more like 40%. This helped Trump get a bigger loan. Clear fraud in the appraisal document used by Trump to get the loan and fraud in having the assistant comptroller to alter the numbers. Trump's defense attorneys did not cross exam any of the witnesses. And Trump pretends like he's winning the case.
