January 31, 20241 yr Trump had his trial 3 years ago where he was able to present evidence and testify. The Jury found him liable for Sex Abuse. This was a Damages only hearing. Trump saying he didn't do it etc. is not part of the Damages hearing. Haba his lawyer is crazy. She doesn't even know the Rules of Evidence or how to submit evidence to the Court. Good luck finding a lawyer to file an Appeal. I would love to see Trump put up the 83.3 million dollars to Appeal.
January 31, 20241 yr So Jack Smith has a hearing before Judge Cannon today on the classified docs case. The hearing is about which classified docs can be deleted/summarized so they can be turned over to the defense. No doubt Cannon will mishandle the classifed documents.
