Put Trump aside for a sec and ask yourself three questions: 1. Did the mayor of D.C. turn down the president's request to deploy the National Guard on Jan. 6? 2. Did the Jan. 6 committee bury Kash Patel's testimony and withhold it from public disclosure? 3. Did Liz Cheney lie and say that Kash Patel did not testify? You can point to all the bad things Trump did that day, but don't feed us the b.s. that the Dems were innocent.

Did the mayor of D.C. turn down the president's request to deploy the National Guard on Jan. 6? Somehow the delusional lies you tell yourself have convinced you that the mayor of DC has authority over the President of the United States. Quote The D.C National Guard was formed in 1802 by President Thomas Jefferson to defend the newly created District of Columbia. As such, the Commanding General of the D.C. National Guard is subordinate solely to the President of the United States. This authority to activate the D.C. National Guard has been delegated, by the President, to the Secretary of Defense and further delegated to the Secretary of the Army. The D.C. National Guard is the only National Guard unit, out of all of the 54 states and territories, which reports only to the President. https://dc.ng.mil/About-Us/

I literally just proved to you that #3 is a straight lie. You refuse to accept it because you don't want to hear it. The president never requested to deploy National Guard Jan 6. This is a bogus claim made up by MAGA-world to try and revise history. There has never been any documentation produced that supports this ridiculous assertion. Literally the only thing in the record is that Trump approved a request from DC for a few hundred NG personnel to help with traffic control among other duties. The Jan 6 committee literally published Patel's entire deposition. He is not credible to begin with, so it's to no effect, but acting like it was "buried" is utter nonsense. You have bought into conspiracy theories and spin because you don't want to face the facts. The MPD requested NG troops to help secure the Capitol at 2:30. Michael Flynn's brother, Charles, was among those who sat on that request - they declined to deploy troops immediately because "they questioned the optics" of NG deployment during a "peaceful protest", and instead told the NG to stand-by. Source: https://www.politico.com/f/?id=0000017d-8719-d3d7-a37d-8f9f5eb40000 Quote a. Based on the timeframe from the initial call from Sund for assistance and the final approval to receive approval from McCarthy and Miller was two hours and fifty-six minutes (2 hours and 56 minutes). b. Sund requested assistance at least three times verbally, if not more for National Guard support once Capitol Police lost control of the situation. c. CG Walker requested to deploy QRF at least three times, if not more before getting approval at 5:09 P.M. All of the times CG Walker requested until 5:09 P.M., He was advised to standby until further ordered. d. Based on audio and visual observations, senior leaders at the Pentagon were hesitate to deploy National Guardsmen to the Capitol due to "optics” of how that would look. Senior leaders expressed their desire for LEOs to clear out the Capitol and for LEOs to do law enforcement functional duties. Eventually after two hours, National Guardsmen were deployed to the Capitol guards. The executive branch tried to slow-walk any support for re-establishing order at the Capitol, and there are receipts to prove just that no matter how many cockamamie theories you Trump apologists come up with.

March 11, 20241 yr Remember in 2018 when Trump called Haiti a sheethole and a whole bunch of libtards dunked on him by saying it was great? And now less than a decade later gangs of cannibals literally rule like 90% of the country. That was awesome.

March 11, 20241 yr I am surrounded by republicans that no matter what will just never vote for a democrat or any other party. Always, lifelong always voted republican. So, here we are at no matter what. Just how bad does it have to get for these people? I told my friend the other night Trump cares absolutely zero about you! You are wasting your vote on someone who is probably going to jail. This is not an election of the lesser of two evils, Trump is evil, and if you so love your party then someone should have had to the balls to pick somebody else and kick this piece of scum to the curb. But no. Here we are. Perhaps some of you here can agree that we really didn't want another Biden/Trump. I know I didn't. I certainly thought Biden would also be a 1 term President. As it stands now, my vote will go to Uncle Joe if only to cancel out a Trump vote. .
March 11, 20241 yr Regardless of whatever kind of nonsense you want to try to believe about what Muriel Bowser or Nancy Pelosi did or did not do, Donald Trump was president on that day. He watched what was happening at the Capitol. Literally all he had to do was order the NG or the military to the Capitol and order would be restored. He did not for at least three hours. All this nonsense morons like @Procusare bending over backwards to try and buy so they can shift some amount of blame to Democrats cannot dispute that fact. Donald Trump sat back and watched while his own followers sacked the Capitol, and did nothing to stop it. He is a traitor. And anybody who supports them is a traitor.
