I treat is as any round and play it without any special relief or mulligans or anything like that. I will give myself a 1ft putt (not more) so technically I'm cheating I suppose.

Yeah, I only played for 2 years, then my first was born. And then my second came lol. I always meant to go back to playing, but just never did. I did improve very quickly when I did play though. Same with bowling, I also was fortunate to have some very good coaching in both sports.

I get some people don't consider some of these things a sport. If you also don't think hunting, fishing, bowling, or auto racing are sports, I can see your POV. If not, than i believe you are just allowing your bias to impact your judgement. I personally think most games that require physical skill are sports.
