And only the literal most retarded people on earth would believe The $8T Wonder would "drastically cut the the federal budget". So all you'd be left with are massive new tariff taxes and you'd love it The reason why it's stupid is that income taxpayers are the lowest flight risk, which is why they can be taxed more relatively little impact. Relatively speaking, workers are a captive market - you may see workers migrating within the US but far fewer venture outside our borders than are clamoring to get in. By comparison, increasing taxes on capital and corporations runs a much higher risk of capital and corporate flight. Capital flight is the highest risk, and while corporations may have to invest a lot of cash moving some or part of their operations abroad is more of an option than for most workers.

June 14, 20241 yr Can we stop reacting to things Trump says on "policy" -- the man will say anything in order to try and get votes, but there's no chance of him following through on any of it. I'd support replacing the income tax with a sales tax, but Trump doesn't and has no clue how to pull it off. Plus, it's completely impossible. Acting like this is some actual plan is ridiculous -- we're assessing a person in obvious mental decline whose narcissistic personality disorder makes him say things that will cause audiences to cheer. He's not going to eliminate the income tax. He's not going to get rid of taxes on tips (said in Nevada to hotel workers, but of course if he is getting rid of all income taxes, then this is redundant). He's not going to have the US start buying crypto. He's a complete imbecile who will say anything to get elected so he can be President and then do basically nothing other than use the office to enrich himself. Stop acting like he has actual policies or principles -- he doesn't. He's basically a toddler.
June 14, 20241 yr 1 hour ago, Kz! said: Yes, the idea that a president would seek to reduce income tax is a huge win, windmill. The alternative is vegetable promising to raise taxes. Which, hilariously, he has several times already during campaign speeches. Hey dumbazz, Trump is also promising to raise taxes. His 10% tax everything . And that tax would be far more regressive and hit the poor and middle class more than anything Biden's proposed. Now's the part where you tell me that he really, really truly has "intentions" to lower them with a tax bill...that of course would never pass because he's a demented weirdo that sucks at being President. But hey, you can rest easy knowing that even though he failed, he "intended" to do it.

I'm explaining the situation, NPC. It's not bragging. It's the reality. Usually you at least pretend like your expressing your own thoughts. You're just all in on the talking points today. This is like having a conversation with Zucker.

That temporary tax cut that would coincidentally expire as he would have been leaving the White House after his second term (corporations were permanent though!). You are such a dolt
