April 2Apr 2 Driving the youngest to school this morning 99 Luftballons came on the radio. I’m not ashamed to admit I didn’t turn it. Evidently it made an impression because when I got home from work my wife asked me what German music I was listening to.
April 6Apr 6 So this just happened. Before I put Ellie down for the night she always wants me to rock her in the recliner in her room. Tonight, for whatever stupid reason I decided I would pretend that I fell asleep and wouldn't let her wake me up. "Daddy!" snore "WAKE UP!!!" snore (tiny little hands in my mouth) snore All of a sudden, at the top of her lungs: "GO EAGLES!!!!!!" 1) Of course I pretended to wake up from that 2) Baby girl could get a full ride to Yale and I still think this is will be my proudest moment as a father.
June 13Jun 13 Their last day of school year day care. They both go back to Tutor Time for the summer starting Monday. I’ve been encouraged by everyone to get one of these ASAP. I live in NC so people think it’s weird I don’t own a gun anyway.
