April 2, 2025Apr 2 Driving the youngest to school this morning 99 Luftballons came on the radio. I’m not ashamed to admit I didn’t turn it. Evidently it made an impression because when I got home from work my wife asked me what German music I was listening to.
April 6, 2025Apr 6 So this just happened. Before I put Ellie down for the night she always wants me to rock her in the recliner in her room. Tonight, for whatever stupid reason I decided I would pretend that I fell asleep and wouldn't let her wake me up. "Daddy!" snore "WAKE UP!!!" snore (tiny little hands in my mouth) snore All of a sudden, at the top of her lungs: "GO EAGLES!!!!!!" 1) Of course I pretended to wake up from that 2) Baby girl could get a full ride to Yale and I still think this is will be my proudest moment as a father.
June 13, 2025Jun 13 Their last day of school year day care. They both go back to Tutor Time for the summer starting Monday. I’ve been encouraged by everyone to get one of these ASAP. I live in NC so people think it’s weird I don’t own a gun anyway. December 4, 2025Dec 4 Here are a few recent. It’s crazy watching these 2 grow up. They’re the greatest gifts of all time. For those that don’t know, I posted a long post about our first, Hudson, who is literally a miracle. I am clearly never a serious person if you have ever read my posts, but she was misdiagnosed with Ushers Syndrom 1, somehow ended up not having it (first time ever) and will now be in medical journals. The younger one (I forget her name) beats the living sheet out of her, and she has a cannon arm. And before anyone asks…..yes, Hayden is obsessed with a Michael Myers doll (which was mine by the way) and may show early signs of being a serial killer. Pardon me Mr Perfect!!

December 6, 2025Dec 6 Author This is the most uplifting news I’ve heard in a long time! paco mentioned it to me so I had to come check it out. I’m so happy for you guys - your daughters are absolutely beautiful - props to your wife because I feel certain you’re a gremlin so good thing her genes dominated Ellie has been thriving - she’s a HUGE birds fan and literally does the eagles chant (yay for spelling!) as well as sings the fight song more than any children’s song out there - we’re great parents (f you Patullo)

December 17, 2025Dec 17 My sister (who's husband is an Eagles fan) had a baby in August. I don't know if there is any Eagles-gear for her yet, but even independent from that, am I now obligated to share photos in here?
