July 1, 20214 yr Look I’m not saying the judge is correct in their decision All I’m saying is their opinion falls within the range of respectable opinions. It’s not like believing their opinion is on par with miss Cleo or the brethren court from pirates of the Caribbean unless you can specifically cite their reasoning and explain why it’s junk

I could be wrong because it was around 25 minutes and a lot to process but I think she said in the leaked audio that she didn't know what she could or couldn't do I think she mentioned how she didn't even know she was going to be able to speak to the judge. She was reading off of something she typed up

July 2, 20214 yr After all this time and saying she didn't know she could contest this, tells me her family probably did have her best interests at heart. I have a feeling she is being led. Probably by the boyfriend, maybe the Montgomery woman. She needs to realize that not being evaluated will probably not happen. She needs to work on that as that's the only way I see her getting what she claims she wants. Pass the evaluation.

If you have mental health issues you can't just show up to court claim to want your life back and not be prepared for it at all and not have had a mental health evaluation. This just looks like more instability on her part.

Maybe she should have the freedom of choice over the mental health professional who conducts the evaluation. It's more like the Conservators are saying to her, No you can't go to that doctor, you have to go to this one. If that's the case, then the evaluation is meaningless, because it can't be trusted.

She’s likely no more crazy than about half of the country anyway. I’m at least confident that she knows what shape the earth is. Paying for lawyers who are fighting to keep you from your liberties? That’s enough to drive anyone nuts.
