November 9, 20223 yr The Republicans had a night that was well below expectations. I can think of 5 things that contributed to it: 1. Trump 2. Trump 3. Trump 4. Lack of an agenda, other than "Look how bad things are" 5. Trump If the Democrats and Republicans are just going to point fingers at each other and say how bad the other side is, the Democrats will win that every time as long as Trump is a factor in the party. He and Hillary are the two most despised people in modern politics and the Dems were fortunate enough that she stopped running for office after 2016, while Trump continues to inflict himself on the public with antics that would put a 2-year-old to shame.
