Then he was released and played only 2 games in 2018 for New England. Out of Football 2019, 2020...and now something like 5 teams tried him out. But the odds of a 27 year old coming back after 2 years out of football, and not being anything special in the NFL when he did have a chance...are slim to none. I struggle to believe this is more than a training camp body, to be on your fourth team 4 years after being drafted 2nd round, there are clearly issues with the guy Is there news on who we let go? Can’t argue against that. In fact when you consider the Eagles have no emerging talent under the age of 25 Howie isn’t doing well with drafting any young players in any position. And that's the thing... Look it very likely doesn't work out that way. There's a good chance he doesn't even make the roster given his struggles so far in the NFL. But you just never know.
