August 3, 20214 yr we have a smaller air fryer at our mountain place. at home we have one of the emeril jawns. that thing can do some serious cooking. beyond the normal air frying, i have done some rotisserie cooking as well as cooking casseroles in it.
August 3, 20214 yr I'll never do leftover pizza any other way after putting it in the air fryer. It's as close to the original crispiness as you can get.

August 9, 20214 yr Author So far I've done breaded chops, fried chicken and wings, frozen Elois pizza, fries and my two favorites Ill never cook on the stove again....pork roll and scrapple. The scrapple came out perfectly nice and crispy, and the pork roll was nice and flavorful.
