No.  You're allowed up to something like 8-14 tackling practices during training camp and you absolutely are allowed to practice mroe than 1 hour per day and you are allowed to play your starters more than 2 series the entire preseason. 

I don’t get Tucker’s comment about needing to have Herbig ready to step in at center if need be.  They could move Seumalo over if Kelce was to miss time and have Herbig play LG.
