Nope.   His top quality running offsets any deficiencies in the pass game.

The Eagles need a better run game,  should run more,  there need to be some bigger backs,  and bigger blockers in the backfield.   Take the Browns run game,  number 1 in the NFL,  add a top quality running QB,  Hurts is definitely good enough as a passer to get the job done.   When he isn't being asked to pass 75% of the time.
