Hurts is a likeable guy but I'm not sure he's a starter in this league. That said, Flacco and Minshew won't be the answer either so let him play this season out and seek a QB elsewhere if need be.

Lurie wants them to throw this much. What else is he supposed to do? Receivers are open and the QB can't get it to him and you have an owner that doesn't want his coaches calling run plays.
