I kind of agree the Eagles have underperformed and I also believe they have made a lost of self inflicted mistakes that have cost them games. With that being the case I don’t think they’re a very good football team, and some of their mistakes are reasons to question this coaching staff and overall team development. They have a chance to improve themselves considering how favorable their record is, but they will have to play much better than they have shown.

Their record reflects that. As of this point, I'm not really behind this coaching staff. The team doesn't seem to be learning lessons. 

Absolutely 100 percent no. They suck.
