It's only a matter of time before the players don't respond to these coaches. The coaches don't learn from their mistakes.  Players will stop buying in because coaches expect players to learn from theirs.

Sad thing is we have 2 "veteran" corners and we have them play soft coverage and the d line is supposed to be the strength of the defense
