Nice! Your putting and chipping will be great once you are able to start swinging again.

Hopefully. Need to put in the time anyway

taking the opportunity to focus on the upper body lifting that get neglected during the season

I didn’t think the TGL event was as bad as I thought it was going to be. I liked the shot clock aspect.

I just cant get into it

A few weeks in now and it’s definitely fading. I don’t see how it lasts now. The PGA is in trouble with events outside of the majors and the Waste Management this week. It feels like those are the only events they get crazy interest outside of maybe the FedEx finals.

Grip it and rip it baby!

Another season getting underway.  Masters starting the day after tomorrow and I can book my 1st tee time tomorrow morning for next week when we open.

Booked three tee times and went and purchased a new fairway wood.  I've had a harder and harder time getting my 3 and 4 irons in the air the last couple of years and I need carry on my home courses.  The club has an adjustable loft of 16.5-20 degrees.  Haven't regularly used a fairway wood for over 10 years now but it is time.

Who you got this year?

Well it won’t be McIlroy (again) 😂. That guy has a mental block at Augusta.

I live in Minnesota and my first tee time was 4 or 5 weeks ago bruh

I know better (for myself) to own a fairway wood. But my custom-built Elyte drive arrived Monday and I hit it at the range tonight. So far so good.

Rory was on fire. The shot into 13 was something.

There are some open courses that need the play but most are starting to open in a week.

Still has two rounds but looked damn good yesterday.

I’m in the process of moving everything to regular. My irons are stiff and it is definitely becoming an issue for the longer ones. Good excuse to buy new irons or at least reshaft them.

I spoke too soon. I figured his stumble at the end of the first round was the start of the usual McIlroy mess up.

nah put that stiffy on it. But I did get new irons and ended up going with graphite shafts on those.

I am deciding if I want to play a par-3 course 5mi from my house today... I am doing 18-holes here tomorrow and a little sore from range yesterday, so thinking maybe I just use today to rest. Getting old and still being lazy is teh suck.

Nice, I watched the vid on their site. Some nice holes there.

One of the lawyers at the company I work for lives around the corner and he and his wife have annual memberships to the course. Only place I've ever encountered where they'll allow a guest to play for free on one of their memberships, so I've gotten to join him for free a handful of times using his wife's access. Tomorrow though we have 3 of us joining him so I'll be curious to see if I still get the hookup.

@ToastJenkins

How is your recovery going?

Looks like the Rory choke job has started

And he’s rebounded nicely from a rough start and now DeChambeau is going the wrong way

Yips out the tee box still…side note, you can’t convince me that DeChambeau isn’t juiced out of his mind. Nothing about his swing, stance or anything should work. It’s insane that he’s as good as he is. His entire game seems to be ‘I hit ball real hard’
