Merry Christmas, hope everyone has a great time with family or friends.  I know I'm getting some bottles of bourbon. The tree ain't the only thing getting lit! 🎅

Started drinking early since the party got way scaled down. Cut my 6 bone prime rib into three 2 bone sections, put 2 in the freezer and one on the smoker. While that's going got some French onion soup cooking.

Yeah. Prime rib was supposed to be tomorrow's dinner. Today was supposed to be a ham and Italian type buffet meal. My kid got the rona though, so it's just us.
