I'm not sure if I would classify that as cap hell.  They have a lot of cap flexibility (especially compared to us).

 

If you want to see a rough cap situation, look at the saints. $61 million over with $12.4 million in dead cap.  Oh, and Sean Payton may be on the chopping block too.

Nice find..... my bad on cap hell...... more like roster hell........ 22 fa's...... a bunch of cash tied up in just a few players....... they can do restructures....... but are going to lose some players...... they only had depth in a few areas ...... chances are they realize they are going to be hurting....... it would explain uncle Jerry's behavior as of late.
