Posted January 18, 20223 yr Opinions on that? They’re saying Bradley Cooper did it for Nightmare Alley. like it? Hate it? If the movie needs it? If it’s offset by female nudity? Depends?
January 19, 20223 yr I never had an issue with it. We all have the same thing. Some bigger or smaller than others, but still the same thing.
January 19, 20223 yr doesn’t bother me. It’s usually as impactful to the story as boobs are most of the time. If girls enjoy that, then good for them.
January 19, 20223 yr I wouldn't have understood the tragedy and potential global impact of the Chernobyl disaster if I hadn't seen that one miners Hog and Berries.
January 19, 20223 yr There is a time and place for it - Walk Hard: The Dewey Cox Story had a pretty funny scene with some dudes junk in it.
January 20, 20223 yr I remember watching the Disney movie Never Cry Wolf in elementary school and dude was fully naked for an entire scene. I don't remember if it showed dong but I remember at least pubes being visible and our teacher, who clearly didn't watch it before showing it to us, frantically looking for the remote to FF the movie. Edit: After some googling, it appears there is a visible dong in the scene. I imagine that's the only Disney movie that can lay claim to that.
January 20, 20223 yr We've had female nudity for a long time often with no purpose other than shock value or to spice things up and get people's attention. Heck guys on here will post about watching TV shows that are awful but say they watch it because some girl has nice boobs. So it's only fair to have guys naked too. A lot of times it's for comedy or shock value, others it's eye candy. Most of the time nudity and sex scenes in scripted shows are completely unnecessary. You could have a couple start to make out or go into the bedroom then fade to the next day. It usually isn't important to the plot to show any nudity. One example where they felt it was important was Boogie Nights, showing a prosthetic fake P for a famous porn star at the end. Another one was the comedy The Full Monte which the entire point of the movie was an all male nude stage show.
January 20, 20223 yr It doesn't bother me if the context is there, but I wouldn't start a thread about it.

Nothing wrong with him being excited by it but he probably should have left the theater before he started ****ing. It's just a matter of courtesy to your fellow movie goers.

I want to see beautiful naked women - not some other guy's hoohoodilly Wait, weren't you the one IIRC in the GOT thread that said you don't fancy seeing floppy wieners so someone asked if you preferred fully erect wieners and you responded "Christ, I traipsed right into that one"? Just having fun. I hear you, female nudity is much preferred, but this is the current climate of equity and I know most of my female friends would like to see more male butts and wieners in films/shows. But like Seinfeld said, the female body is like a fine sports car where the male body is like Jeep. Show me that sexy ass sports car!
