I got 2k20 for $5 a few months back (that's like $3.50 USD) as a digital copy. I played the hell out of it for a few months. I'm pretty happy to just wait for a price drop again and hopefully score a copy then. They're apparently making a bunch of changes for the next gen one as well

Good I hope so. 2k definitely knows how to put a great game together. They have kind of fallen off a bit but, I know they can do it and are willing to fix things. Madden not so much. There is always one aspect of the freaking game that just ruins the whole experience and they never fix it or they do fix it and act like it's a new feature just to have some other crap animation that ruins the game. 25 years I bought that damn game the last 2 I just couldn't do it anymore

I was reading a Forbes review for 2K21 and they said in that they were expecting multiple changes for the next gen version. It also makes me feel that the current gen is essentially a cash grab. At least with Madden they're doing the free upgrade, I don't know if 2K are which adds to the feeling. 

Having said that, the last sports game on a current gen is always a roster update because the focus is on the next gen version. Madden have had issues with the first next gen release always being wonky. I'm not sure about 2K because the first I played on 360 was 2k10 and the first I got really into for this gen was 2k20 (hated the controls after 2K13). You're probably right in your assumption that 2K will be significantly better.

Well like I said I'm getting mostly because of the Kobe Bryant cover. Maybe by the time I decide to play it they will have some patches and it runs smoothly. I'm not overly worried about it. I am excited to see what they can do with next gen for the future. Maybe this will be the gen that maddens decides to put the effort back in lol. I love football games more then anything and I absolutely hate that I don't have one to play. Just shows how sick of Madden I am that I'm not even putting up with the BS even a little bit.

They inflate demand, take all the Fing tickets from actual fans/concert goers, sporting event goers, and resell them for $$$...How is this allowed at all?

Totally agree with both of you.  I wish it was much more risky to do this from a legal perspective, it just feels so wrong to a) screw people out of their money like that (and yes, I get that they’re willingly paying it), and b) to make that kind of money off something you did nothing more than get a jump on a preorder for.  It’s not some commodity that you yourself created.

I wondered this, too.  I am also assuming it’s just the launch Miles version, but do we know if it’s a digital code or physical copy that’s included in that bundle?  It looked like whatever that DAS game is was a physical copy, and perhaps Miles was digital?

Also, do we know if the remastered Spider-Man will be available as a standalone on the PS Store?

Been hearing that scalpers use scripts and bots to buy up as many pre-orders as they can. That explains why Amazon was using captchas last night. Hopefully this is something more retailers do going forward as well.

At what my company pays me, the amount of hours I've put into securing a PS5 pre-order would earn me at least a few hundred dollars in cash on top of the purchase price of the system!

I never even heard/knew they were remastering Spirder-Man (PS4) until seeing the two different Miles games listed just yesterday?
