The new NFL App has a free 7-day trial and gives a $4.99 a month option to watch all preseason games live (including out of market). I think this used to be "linked” to "Game Pass” that was a flat $100 a year. This basically means at worst you pay $5, preseason lasts less than 30 days, and just cancel within that first month.

Seems like it didn’t broadcast until the kickoff actually occurred. I have a DIRECTV stream set-top box with built-in apps, as well as a Roku-enabled tv that NFL app. So I’m able to stream the game direct via tv instead of the "view games on mobile or tablet” as the nfl website is making it sound like are the lone ways to watch the content
