If a police officer is pointing a gun at you, and you then charge through a broken glass window towards the police officer, you should probably plan on getting shot @sameaglesfan

Yea, not to mention she was at the front of a very large mob that had already engaged in brutal violence against police up to that point, and the police that engaged her were trying to protect the members of Congress behind them. Now if Sam was simply trying to say that what happened to her was still tragic even though it was justified, then fair enough. But his tone and framing seemed to indicate that it wasn't even justified in the first place, which is just ridiculous.

would a real genius blame the victim?

You really had to stretch for that one.

I was just wondering how someone worth upwards of $120,000,000 didn't have a working alarm system
or even a handgun for protection. (Or a can of wasp spray on his bedside table.) It's not like he didn't have
any reason to take precautions, living in a city where statistically the chances of being the victim of
a violent crime are 1 in 178.

Since Nancy had secret service protection for herself I can only surmise she refuses to pay for anything out of her own pocket
that she can get the government to eventually pay for - evidenced by the fact that now they're now working to add protection for
her spouse to her perks.

And FYI Nancy wasn't the "victim" (although it seems all Democrats love to think that they fit into some
"victim" category and deserve to be compensated for their problems) - her husband was. I'm glad he had
the presence of mind to use his cell phone to surreptitiously get the attention of police, but an alarm system
would have probably prevented the injuries he sustained.

Awful story, I hate that this type of violence happens in our society

Meh, it's studio that makes movies based on comic books, they don't get special meme status.

Yeah, let’s not worry about psycho Trumpbots attacking old people with hammers and instead focus on the quality of the home’s alarm system.

With the back door broken into, that wouldn't seem to be the case. You never know, of course. But it's not (seemingly) consistent with what's described above.

I don't want to get into a thing here...

but..."dispute with a male prostitute" and "back door broken into" seem to track as consistent imho

What are the police saying?  I’m not really super into what internet trolls say happened.

Almost enough rage to blame the victim of a home invasion as he was recovering from a skull fracture? Nah, now that would be truly batish crazy, amirite Sarah?

To be clear, this is fake news. And Musk has already deleted the tweet because he knows it's fake and he's a coward.
