Posted December 9, 20223 yr Must be a weird thing to hope for but right now im just worried what the excuses will be if we get the number one seed and dont win the Superbowl. Or heaven forbid not even make it. It will be hard to come up with an excuse because this is obviously the best roster in the NFL. Plus we have an MVP candidate at QB. What excuses are left if we dont make it? Maybe blame Gannon again? Because if we cant win the SB with this team, when can we ever win? If we dont win it all it will prob sting as much the 98 Vikes or 90 Niners for their fans.
December 9, 20223 yr No. I’m enjoying the ride this season has brought. I agree this season will be disappointing if we can’t finish with a parade, but I still wouldn’t want more losses. More losses puts either Dallas or Minnesota in the driver’s seat for the 1 seed. BARF! 🤮 Don't let high expectations ruin this for you. Enjoy the ride for as long as it lasts.
December 9, 20223 yr We had high expectations for most of the season now and it didn‘t seem to affect us. This bye and home playoff games are important and I want them!
December 9, 20223 yr We're playing the best football I've watched us play for at least 5 years and it's great after watching us huff and puff playing the sort of football we played 2018-2021, even if it ends early I'd take watching us winning like this every day of the week and twice on Sunday.

December 10, 20223 yr Author Ok how about losing a few more players to injuries instead of losing more games? This way we would have some excuse and someone to blame when we lose. Because right now this team just looks too good with no real weaknesses (except for not having a bruiser RB)

December 10, 20223 yr I certainly don't. Coming in to this year we felt this team had a chance to win the division with talent added and an easy schedule. So far it's been way beyond that and we need to now secure the #1 seed and make it to the SB. This team is a very good team, this team is very likely the best team in the NFL right now. I wouldn't change that or want expectations lowered now.
