I know things always have to be spoon-fed to you, but a strawman argument is when you purposely misrepresent your opponent's argument to then more easily attack it as invalid. In this case, your cute little meme is pretending the opposition is claiming any amount of gun control can completely eliminate gun related homicides when in reality, the intent is to mitigate the frequency or severity of such events, say for example by some amount like 20%, rather than eliminate them 100%.
