A guy was President for 12 years straight until his death who confiscated all of the privately held Gold in the Country, sent 120,000 minorities to concentration camps, siezed over 20 million acres of private property, made farmers destroy crops and slaughter livestock to reduce supply and raise food prices and ignored Intel to allow an attack on a military base so that we would get involved in a war that the public vehemently opposed.

That’s an interesting take on WWII and the response to the dust bowl… did he junk the constitution and declare a dictatorship?

Well, plenty of his New Deal policies were declared unconstitutional by the Supreme Court (NRA, AAA, etc) and he wanted to pack the court in 1937 to get around it. He appointed a member of the KKK to the Court in 1937 and an additional 7 others, so he didn't have to expand it afterall. https://constitutioncenter.org/blog/how-fdr-lost-his-brief-war-on-the-supreme-court-2

Guns FROM the US is what supplies drug cartels and gangs such as MS-13. https://www.gao.gov/products/gao-21-322 What GAO Found Trafficking of U.S.-sourced firearms into Mexico is a national security threat, as it facilitates the illegal drug trade and has been linked to organized crime. The Department of Justice's Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) found that 70 percent of firearms reported to have been recovered in Mexico from 2014 through 2018 and submitted for tracing were U.S. sourced. The U.S. Southwest Border Counternarcotics Strategy: 2020 identified the trafficking of firearms from the U.S. into Mexico as a threat to the safety and security of both countries. The Mexican government has estimated that 200,000 firearms are smuggled from the United States each year. Normally a dancing police gif would be called for here, but I don’t think the police, border patrol, ATF, etc are too fond of this fact.
