Clearly that doesn't work either. It actually did, by the statistics, work. I can agree that there are some things which shouldn’t be illegal and that we could better focus on violent crime, but the fact of the matter is that aggressive "broken window” enforcement worked. NYC is a case study in how effective such policies are and how reversing them is disastrous for crime rates.

Policy definitely affects gas prices. China's covid lockdown policy is affecting demand. Biden's policies have affected production, thus affecting supply and investment in domestic production
