Brooks was the last legitimate o-lineman we brought in (via trade if I recall correctly?), and dude has been dealing with injuries. The last legite o-lineman we brought in before him was like 10 years ago?!?Maybe not that long, but Kelce and Lane were a loooong time ago and Peters was an eternity ago. We need to return to those boring but smart picks

Well we drafted Dillard a couple years ago in the first round, but thus far he's proved to be a bust.

you win in the trenches & both lines need to be addressed.

 at football players from Washington State  We got the Ryan Leaf of lineman! Drew Bledsoe is like the one decent player out of that school. Maybe Trufant for recent-era players.

My buddy will be happy, he still thinks the main reason we lost so many games last year is that we didn't use Howard enough.....

If he signs a big contract elsewhere, the Eagles will then re-sign Jason Peters to a 1 year $8 million contract at 41 years old to offset the comp pick.  Yay!

There is truth to this.  Howie made a LOT of stupid moves to negate picks.  So we know my post isn't the plan.

the stupid of howie is the agony that keeps on giving.

Prediction:  Howie trades back up into the arse end of the 1st round to take Terrance Marshall.

I put on an Eagles podcast in the car today. My son asked why I even liked the Eagles because we aren’t from Philadelphia.

he wasn’t trash talking but I contemplated throwing him out of the car

Well glad you did not throw him out of the car. Or you would not be in the having your son talked to you ever again.
