And this, ladies and gentlemen, is the quintessential example of recency bias. Clearly, our dear friend Huk’d here has forgotten just how bad the Eagles were in the beginning of the season when they were running a high school defense and middle school offense.

They had a reason to be bad in the beginning of the season - new QB, new coach, new offense, new defense, new starters.  They were expected to suck, and they should have sucked.   

They had zero reason to look as bad as they did now.  Even if they were just flat out-matched (which they were), they didn't even put up a fight.  There was not one second of that game where they were truly in it.  The only time, MAYBE, was when the game started and it was 0-0.

You can chalk it up when it's the start of the season.  Eighteen weeks later, you're not supposed to look that bad. 

 

Looks like Dak decided to drop a big meaty Hurts all over the field today. 

I hate it, Hurts seems like a good guy, and he’s a hell of an athlete. He’s just not that good of an NFL quarterback.
