March 23, 20223 yr Looks like the Chiefs are trading Hill to either the Dolphins or Jets. If they do, it will save them $20.4 million.

April 4, 20223 yr "Hurts Is Not The Answer" insurance for next year. Of course, the Birds will be picking #32 next year...
April 4, 20223 yr Geez - like the return and yeah they are definitely keeping their options open to take a QB next year in the first if Hurts doesn't show significant improvement

Of course, the Birds will be picking #32 next year... #Eagles' 2022 draft picks (10 total): 1st round (15th overall), 1st (18), 2d (51), 3d (83), 3d (101), 4th (124), 5th (154), 5th (162), 5th (166), 7th (237). 2023 (7): 1st, 1st, 2d, 3d, 4th, 5th, 7th. 2024 (8): 1st, 2d, 2d, 3d, 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th. Just collecting ammo for next year or 2024. I don't think Howie should be in a rush to build a contender. We got 2 years to find the QB. The most important asset in the NFL is an elite QB on his rookie deal.
April 5, 20223 yr And it’s the pick from the Wentz trade. So if you want to play the follow the picks game, Wentz and a 6th got us back a 1st, 2nd two 3rds and a 7th
April 5, 20223 yr And don't forget about Kamara assault from Vegas that is on video. How many game suspension for that one? They lost their stud S and replaced with an inferior guy. They lost All Pro LT, great coach in Payton,is Michael Thomas still good or will he be traded. Play the AFC East and NFC West, the 2nd and 3rd toughest conferences.

I’m beginning to think Howie has a gambling problem and this gives him a way to root for (Wentz playing 75% of the snaps) or against (Kamara getting life in jail) a player.
April 5, 20223 yr Was way overthinking this ^^^^^ last night..... ...Does this telegraph both what the Eagles AND Saints plan on doing in the draft? There is no way the Saints make a trade where the Eagles control both picks ahead of them unless they had some idea what each team is doing. I think the general consensus is the Eagles will likely load up on defense (and maybe o line) this draft. And while we know they arent going to share draft boards, how many stories have we heard when the draft is going down and team x calls team y about a trade and team y asks what side of the ball were you thinking? It's very possible that the Saints are thinking offense (WR and TE especially) and saw the Eagles as a perfect trade partner to execute. Because now 2 teams virtually control a 5 pick block and you don't have to spend more draft capital to position yourself to get "your guy". You insulated yourself by aligning with a team picking contrary to you and hope the Chargers don't F up your plans.
April 5, 20223 yr New item for the wish list: Trade one of our 3 2nd round picks over the next 2 years to the Rams for their 2024 first rounder. Why 1) They piss away first rounders like they grow on trees so they'll make the trade (and why we have to wait for 2024 because they don't have one in 22 and 23) 2) Looking at the team makeup, lack of high draft picks and their salary cap, there is a very, very good chance by then they will be baaaaaaaaaad.

Beyond that, I have no idea. Steelers, pick 20, could want Howell or Willis as well and we could move back again for a team to get ahead of them.
