Linebackers and corners ..... ugh

Losing 2 of 3 isn't out of the question. Both quarterbacks are mobile.

Kotite's last season started 7-2. Lost 7 straight.

They'll win all 3. I expect them to blow out the Giants, win comfortably vs the Cards and then struggle in the last game but win

They were able to pull off a lot of close games even with turnovers earlier in the season. Now that is swinging the other way especially with injuries, poor QB play and a terrible Defense you can’t rely on to make a stop. Our secondary is trash. Teams throw the ball and move down the field on them at will. I knew they’d get into the endzone on that last drive. Going into last night I was confident we would win.. no way they drop 3 straight. And with Dallas losing you need to take advantage! Just depressing all around.

how can you expect a win from the eagles at all the rest of the year

yep, until he gets his head in the game that contract he signed is gonna be a thorn

There's too many problems all around now.  Except for Elliot.  If we can't play a complete game there's a pretty good chance we drop another one to the Gnats.  Merry F'ng Christmas.

Because the two teams they play are far worse than the Seahawks. I expect Hurts to be better when he doesn't have the flu

he's not been good for awhile, hasnt had the flu the whole year, something aint right with him, but besides him can you expect the D to make stops, I mean 3rd and long is an expected 1st down agains philly these days, no matter who the opposing team is

He was favourite for the MVP award 3 weeks ago....

The last turnover was complete dogshit, but he isn't as bad as people are making him out to be. The first INT should have been called pass interference and Quez is a little bish that loses his mind as soon as there is contact forgetting what the hell he is even supposed to do

i'd like to see them scheme some receivers open.  opposing teams have guys wide open w/o a defender within 5 yards half the time...easy throws. meanwhile hurts is mostly throwing into tight coverage. maybe a real offense that utilizes different formations, motion, pre-snap shifts, etc. would help.

the defense is a lost cause. the high salary d-line doesn't get much pressure on the qb...and the secondary can't cover mikemack's gramma!

I woke up humble just trying to get better everyday...bahaha

It feels like every time they try and run rub routes one of the WR's gets called for offensive pass interference.

The biggest problem this team has is arrogance. The arrogance of some players, sure, but mainly the arrogance of the coaching staff, starting with Sirianni. Made it to the Super Bowl in his 2nd year and bought into his own hype. He’s so on top of it that he can plug untested, inexperienced position coaches into coordinator roles and not miss a beat. Except they are missing beats and now they’re too arrogant to make the necessary adjustments. Last night was a prime example. They run the ball repeatedly on the opening drive, then immediately revert back to trying to throw the ball all over the place. Stick with the run, run the ball down their throat on the 2nd drive too, you’ve pretty much broken the D, and it’s barely the 2nd quarter. But we’re too arrogant to do that, come out throwing, drive quickly stalls, and we’ve given the D new life. On D we refuse to blitz, rushing only 4, giving even Drew Lock plenty of time to pick us apart. Everyone knows that we just need to mix in some more blitzes to keep the QB guessing but our coaches are too arrogant to admit their way isn’t working and adjust. And this problem isn’t going away until Sirianni finds some humility which doesn’t look like it’s going to happen any time soon.

Yes why is this?! Look at San Fran.. they get their guys wide open all the time. I do think there are times we have a guy wide open and Hurts is missing it and throwing into the double coverage instead. He needs to see the field and he’s struggled with that this year.

another issue with hurts, why would he throw it to quez anyway

The last turnover was just the most recent example of our arrogance coming back to bite us.  Most teams would focus on hitting receivers over the middle to move the ball, especially teams with 3 time outs, because the defenses always focus on taking away the sidelines leaving the middle open.  Our cocksure coaches thought it clever to go for it all down the sideline, because the other team would never expect that, except that every other team always expects that.  We're too smart to do what's worked for years and years.
