meh, that logic still doesn't really hold water.  I could certainly understand the logic behind taking him down.  But again, once he's been subdued, and on top of that you now have two additional people helping restrain him, then there's no need to continue holding him in a chokehold for several minutes.  The threat has already been neutralized.

"I'm just sayin" lmao

I'll also say this, the crime on the NYC subways has been out of control for a while now. If law enforcement doesn't do more to protect citizens, there's going to be more people taking the law into their own hands.

Oh definitely.  I'm surprised there aren't more instances like this.  Though the increase in crazies is also counterbalanced by the number of men who are becoming more and more weak in today's society and more likely to just sit by and do nothing (like that video of the crazy dude who held that woman's hair on the subway while everyone around just sat playing on their phones and did nothing).

lol it's not the police's fault. They arrested Lisa Marie's husband over 40 times. The issue is a direct result of democrat politicians allowing violent criminals back onto the street because of "racial justice."

The guys who do something about it are one feeble hobo dying away from having their lives completely ruined like this dude.

When I said law enforcement I meant the district attorney and chief of police. There probably aren’t enough cops. They probably aren’t funded properly. The DA is probably not prosecuting criminals to the fullest extent of the law.

Oh did I say "do something about it” means to hold someone in a chokehold for several minutes after they’ve been restrained and subdued?
Also, clearly you see the difference between a man grabbing a woman by the hair, which is assault, and a homeless person carrying on and being loud and disruptive and acting off.

Subway hobos are often the most stabby kind based on studies and data.

This needs to be on a septa platform billboard.

Try to stay away from the Michael Jackson impersonator if you see him...

Used to be all cool, dancing to MJ in the subway train, but as of late he's become a maniac.

Sometime in late Spring/early Summer I saw him in the train, his radio Fed up and he was angry as F, cursing and bad mouthing commuters screaming "What the F are you looking at? Dont Fing look at me!" Totally didn't expect him to act as such.

Ever since that day he's just been a scary dude to me. He doesn't dress up anymore. No more dancing...just asks for money. Occasionally shouting obscenities.

Today, however was odd. Sometime in the morning, on my way to school I'm sitting on the bench and out of nowhere hear someone just going off, cussing up a storm. It was the MJ dude. Everyone besides this guy was quite.  Except a marine who told him to him to keep Fin around and find out.  Well, he found out.

Calm down, you're making yourself hysterical. Not a lot of people know this, but hobos can die if you punch them and they fall the wrong way. Physically interacting with them in any way is a dangerous game.

A hobo is someone who travels around looking for work.  A bum lives on the streets.   This guy was a bum, not a hobo.

KZAnne: if I’m not allowed to strangle a homeless person to death for shouting on the subway, then that leaves me no choice but to sit on my hands if I see someone assaulting a woman.
There’s that kzanne logic we’ve come to know and love.

So...yes?

The bigger question is did the Marine run a background check before killing him?

Careful. I once tried to help the uniformed delineate what makes a hillbilly different than a redneck. Dunning kruger effect raged from the usual circle jerk

You have no grasp of colloquial language or the fact that words have more than once sense. No one denies where the word hillbilly originated but the fact is, it is often use to define any unsophisticated country person regardless of where they come from.

See @VanHammersly ?

wee doggy

It’s odd that ordinarily smart people have no grasp on the etymology of words. I guess when you have nothing else, arguing useless points make them feel relevant.
