My 12 year old daughter really wants me to take her to see Primus, hell I’d love to go see them, I’ve just never been a fan of his other "projects”, and don’t think I want to stand through those to see a few Primus songs. Why can’t he just do a straight Primus tour?

going to see jerry seinfeld tonight….yes, he’s doing stand up in nepa. his career is really taking off! lol

Not to my knowledge but, admittedly, my knowledge is often limited (no, really, I mean it).

That’s the greatest rendition of Rudolph I’ve ever heard! Anyway, Perry says it’s not happening. They need to break another $20 out and ask again.

Daughter and I are doing another Dave M caravan. Noblesville IN - Ruoff Music Center. End of June. Flying into Louisville KY for a day/night, then 2 shows then home out of Indianapolis.

Sometime last year our youngest, 12 almost 13, really started getting into music, oddly enough classic hard rock music like Zeppelin, Black Sabbath and others, but also harder stuff like Deftones that i never even got into. Anyway, we took her to see Mumford & Sons last year and, even though that band isn't her favorite, she loved the experience and has been on me ever since about the next concert we're going to. Only problem is that no one that I really want to see (am willing to pay that much to see might be more like it) except Rush is coming around next summer and I'm not paying those prices. Anyway, saw a couple of weeks ago that Silversun Pick-Ups are playing a small venue here in Greensboro on May Day and grabbed tickets for that. They've got some good songs and, for less than $250 for 5 tickets, can't really beat that price. She's going to get the real live show experience with this one.

Went to look at ticket prices for Dobbie Brothers, Santana concert at Hershey. $350 for 2 to sit in grandstand aluminum bleachers at end of June, no thanks. Had a chance to see Santana in an indoor venue about 3 yrs ago and Regretting not going. He’s had some health problems, but can still rip on guitar. Saw BB King 4 times in concert, last near his end. He was seated whole time, but made Lucille sing. Not a big fan of Hershey’s outdoor venue. Been there twice and that was enough.

Took the family to see Silversun Pickups at a little <1000 person venue in downtown Greensboro last night. Honestly, from start to finish, they were fantastic. Their recorded music gets a bit weird for me but live they found a groove with every song and worked the f out of it. I wish we had a venue like The Pyrle when I was younger. Great place to see a show.

we’re starved for entertainment here. there’s a venue 10 minutes from our house so we go if it’s somebody we heard of. lol

we’ve seen Christopher Cross, Jerry Seinfeld, Joe from Impractical Jokers, & a lot worse there in the past.

you could do worse by going to see hanson like kz did.

I just added to my post….Christoper Cross had like 3 songs I’ve heard…and did a bunch of instrumentals. 🤣
