I'm concerned about the middle of the defense. Too soft. The linebackers just don't make plays.

They pretty much shut down the running backs. TEs just seem to always kill us though.

Power online. All of our back perform better between the tackles.

I'm not sold on Jurgens. Need some more weight in the pants next to Kelce. May have to take a look at Steen, Jurgens was on his butt a lot.

We won't if these fools don't activate him. Sloppy weather game you would think they would lean on a running game a little more and not expose Hurts. All good... a win is a win I guess.

As I've said before, Hurts doesn't read the field as Tony Romo pointed out on back to back plays when he missed a wide open Goedert for TDs, his mind is made up as to who he'll be throwing to covered or not before the ball is snapped......that's elementary, it's time for him to grow in that area.

Belichick was just being Belichick. He exposed Hurts’ weaknesses and he was rushing things and not seeing the field. I wouldn’t worry about it much. He’ll probably light up Minnesota’s defense,

They definitely threw some stuff out there that Hurts hasn't seen before hell Romo admittedly said he hasn't even seen some of the stuff Bill was drawing up. He'll bounce back though. Not worried at all.

I think it's Sydney Brown time....no need to make him wait.....

Two games two Hurts fumbles. I hold my breath everytime i see him carry the ball.

That was a hell of a hit in this game.

Evans definitely ain’t it.

The offense looked ill-prepared and the play-calling wasn't the stuff that defined the Eagles last year. There was a weather factor, but you can't allow that to scare you. That was probably Hurts' worst game since the Wildcard game a couple years ago. The offense just needs to do a better job of getting everybody involved. As for Hurts, I know some people will disagree, but I don't like seeing him quit on plays early. He has the ability to turn near sacks into something better and he was getting hit on nis slides and his runs out of bounds anyway. It's hard to spark your team from the fetal position.

Smart coaches will try to attack our defense with quick passes. Other than that, our defense wasn't bad and was the reason we are 1-0. We need the offense to carry more of the load. They should get back to doing what they did last year.

Hurts played similar to the 2nd game against the Giants last year. Looked like they told him to throw the ball away, slide, don’t take any hits, I hope this isn’t their plan for the entire year.

Trying to decipher week 1 games is always tough. Even moreso now that no one plays in preseason and there’s one less game. Take the W and move along. I’ll wait till week 3 probably to have any kind of legitimate opinion.

Facts. Coordinators are still learning their personnel, players still learning their new Coordinators. Players getting used to playing full games and knocking off rust. Going to take some time to get on the same page.

Cater was a beast though

I think we will see him start from now on, especially w the injury to Fletcher. Will help the D a lot. When the add Nolan, it will be crazy.

That was my one concern from the game. Need to get playmaking LB.

I said before the game, because Siri doesn’t have much hitting or play of the starters in preseason, the first couple games last year and this year are dress rehearsals.

There was allot of bad football all around the league today. That's why I'm not worried. First week Rust.

I've seen it before, Belichick was playing dime packages just as he did against The Greatest Show on Turf in the SB, when ever Hurts tried to run the speed of those hybrid players was right there to stop him.

The thing about it, the Eagles have Jobe, Ricks, Ringo, and Brown that can play that hybrid role, any amount of money the dumbr arses won't do it when they run into a dynamic passing offense.

One thing is for sure, the rest of the league will do exactly what Belichick did today, Hurts can forget about called runs, the only time it's going to be available is on pass plays, if no one is open then he can take off.  Morale of the story, he better learn how to take what the defense is giving him, no more failing to see wide open receivers for TDs.

I hope they do... and we bring Penny in to run all over their asses. Not everyone has a defense like NE.

If teams want to run dime packages against us, that’s fine, with our Oline we should just run it down their throats. Penny would’ve been more effective at that than Gainwell.

Well, all in all, a win is a win is a win. I'll take it.

Week 1, on the road, Tom Brady day, terrible weather, and we still won.

Talent won out.

Talent won out DESPITE coaching, with competent coaching this is a blowout.

And then they destroyed the Vikings week 2. We'll see if history repeats itself.

They were pretty sloppy and outplayed after the 1st quarter. They were probably lucky to come away with the win in the end. The Pats do have a pretty decent defense

Outside the first 16 pts that was hard to watch!  Hurts almost looked like he reverted back to his rookie form.  The Oline didn’t give him any time,  the team still doesn’t know how to play against a TE.   Speaking of TEs where the hell was Goedert?  No sacks until literally the last 4 min in the game.  So many areas of improvement.  It’s a tough schedule this year.  I hope they have it.  You aren’t going to beat the 49ers bringing that kind of team to the field.

Goedert was wide open on that late game  4th and 2 play they didn’t convert.

I guess Hurts didn’t see him.

Ugly win, but rainy day on the road and starters basically not playing all preseason I expected a little rust and sloppiness.  However, I was not impressed with the playcalling on either side of the ball at all, and that's putting it nicely 🤣
