Path to the Super Bowl 2026
time2rock ·The path to the Super Bowl starts with the 49ers. Game time is 4:30pm on Sunday, Jan 11th. I saw quite a few posters saying they were hoping to avoid SF in round 1. I have an extra level of dislike for them ever since the Jan 2023 NFCCG when we knocked both Purdy and Josh Johnson (yes, the same Josh Johnson that beat us yesterday!) out of the game and all of the chirping they did the entire offseason that followed. The dislike toward them grew even stronger after they whooped us the next sea

Roob's Instant Observations after Eagles let No. 2 seed slip away
time2rock ·Roob's Instant Observations after Eagles let No. 2 seed slip away The Eagles will settle for the No. 3 seed and will host the 49ers next week in the wild card round. By Reuben Frank • Published January 4, 2026 Watching the Lions go into Chicago and beat the Bears and then losing to Josh Freaking Johnson was one of the nightmare scenarios we talked about all week. The No. 2 seed was right there for the Eagles, but they let one of the worst quarterbacks in NFL history – Josh Johnson and his 1-10

Eagles - Commanders Week 18 Score Predictions -- Record your wild ass guess game score prediction here
mattwill ·Friday Evening Eagles-Commanders Week 18 Game Score Predictions -- It's a "who the F knows what will happen" game that is only 40 hours away. Week 16 has the 182nd Regular Season meeting between the Eagles and Washington. The current Regular Season series stands at Eagles with 87 wins, Washington with 89 wins, and there have been 6 ties. They have met only twice in the Playoffs ... with each team winning once. So the overall record is Eagles 88 wins and Washington 90 wins, plus the 6 ties. As -

Eagles pro-bowlers
ManchesterEagle ·Jurgens, Baun, Carter, Mitchell and DeJean. Thoroughly deserved for Mitchell and DeJean and glad Mitchell got it with no interceptions. An all-pro should follow. Jurgens lucky. Love Carter, but no way he should have been this year.

Looking like Eagles against Niners or Rams at the Linc again in the Wild Card game
Procus ·Absent a miracle at this point, Eagles will likely be the number 3 seed. The playoff bracket has the Eagles at no. 3 and the Niners at no. 6 before Monday night. After the Niners win on Monday and the Rams loss to Seattle, the Niners leapfrog past the Rams in the Wild Card seeing. If this seeding holds up after the end of the regular season, the Rams, not the Niners, will be coming to the Linc for the Wild Card. Should be a doozie if that happens. If the Eagles and Bears both win their Wild Car

Path to the 2 Seed

Siriani contract
ManchesterEagle ·I’m far from a Siriani hater. He deserves a ton of credit for this team’s success over the past few years and keeping them together. But it’s becoming increasingly clear that he is pretty reliant on having a good OC and recently our OCs have either sucked or been poached. Got me thinking - they kept his contract extension pretty quiet. Wonder if it was more like 3 years so they have an easy out in a year or two? (Whatever happens - he gets at least next year) -

Eagles are NFC's 3-seed, will host Niners in Wild Card round
time2rock ·Eagles are NFC's 3-seed, will host Niners in Wild Card round The Eagles rested their starters and a loss (and a worse seed) was the result. By Evan Macy PhillyVoice Staff The Eagles blew a golden opportunity Sunday in Week 18, faltering to the Commanders to finish the season 11-6 with the NFC's 3-seed. Their 24-17 loss made the Bears' simultaneous loss to the Lions irrelevant. Chicago officially has the 2-seed now. The drama was not lacking, as Chicago came back from 16 points down, only to l

Is there any reason to believe Eagles' offense can find itself in postseason?
time2rock ·Is there any reason to believe Eagles' offense can find itself in postseason? By Reuben Frank • Published January 1, 2026 Can the Eagles’ offense magically figure things out and become productive, efficient and competent in the postseason after sputtering all year? Relentless Defense Wins Big Game
time2rock ·Relentless Defense Wins Big Game Posted December 28th, 2025 Winning in Buffalo isn’t easy. It is even harder when your offense gains 16 yards in the second half. But the Eagles did win. Vic Fangio’s defense played a great game that allowed the Eagles to escape with a 13-12 victory. I sure did not see that coming. The Bills came into the game as the #1 running offense and #3 scoring offense. The Eagles held them to a season low in points. You have to go back to September of 2024 to find a lower -
